These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RouteRanger mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the App and its content for your own individual learning and exam preparation.
This is a license to use, not a sale. You acquire no ownership rights in the App or its content. The license lasts only while your account is active and, for premium content, only while the relevant subscription is active. It ends automatically if your account is closed or your subscription lapses.
You may not copy, reproduce, download, archive, redistribute, publish, transmit, share, sell, rent, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the App or its content, except for the temporary caching that happens automatically during ordinary use.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate information when you register.
Your account is for your personal use only. You may not share, sell, or transfer your credentials, or allow anyone else to access the App through your account.
RouteRanger offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium content (additional questions, audio lessons, and study guides) for the selected training or category. Subscriptions are available in different durations (for example weekly, monthly, or yearly); the exact options, prices, and billing period are shown in the App before you confirm a purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Each subscription automatically renews for the same duration and at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your device's store account settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until it expires. All purchases, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google under their respective terms.
If a free trial is provided, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription covering that content. The length of any trial and the price after it ends are shown in the App before purchase.
Refund requests are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) according to their policies. RouteRanger cannot issue store refunds directly.
RouteRanger is an independent study aid for IT certification exams. Its questions, lessons, and study materials are original content created to help you learn networking topics. They are not actual certification exam questions, and are not reproduced or copied from any exam; they are intended only as preparation practice for learning the subject matter.
We do not guarantee that using the App will result in passing any exam or obtaining any certification. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cisco Systems, Inc., CompTIA, or any certification body or vendor. All certification names and related marks — including "CCNA," "CCNP," and "Cisco" — are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only, without implying any endorsement or affiliation.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
In particular, you agree not to, and not to help anyone else:
We may monitor usage patterns to detect activity inconsistent with ordinary individual study — for example, unusually high request volumes or automated access patterns — and we apply limits on how much content a single account can retrieve.
Content shown in the App may carry a visible marking identifying the account it was delivered to. If content is later found to have been redistributed, that marking may be used to identify the source account.
Where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, we may suspend or terminate the account without refund, and may pursue any other remedy available to us — including notices to hosting providers and platforms under applicable copyright law, and legal action.

The App, its design, and its original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. This includes the practice questions and answer explanations, study guide text, diagrams and illustrations, audio lessons and transcripts, and the selection, arrangement, and sequencing of that material.
The license in Section 1 does not transfer any ownership to you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
